1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, contacting us through the site or purchasing products directly from Gfive, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

In these Terms, "Gfive," "we," "us" and "our" refer to the business operating gfivelife.com. "You" refers to the visitor, account holder or customer.

These Terms apply only to purchases made directly through gfivelife.com unless a third-party seller expressly adopts them.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence, or use the site with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting login credentials and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorised access. We may require verification before making account or order changes.

3. Products and website information

We try to present product descriptions, specifications, colours, dimensions, compatibility, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings, production updates and normal manufacturing variation may cause minor differences.

Images are illustrative. Unless expressly stated, accessories, fragrance oils or decorative items shown in photographs are not included. Product instructions and safety information supplied with the item form part of the product information.

We may correct errors, update information or discontinue products. Nothing on the site is medical advice, and Gfive products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms that we received the order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise confirm fulfilment.

We may reject or cancel an order for reasonable reasons including unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing error, delivery restrictions or violation of these Terms. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Prices and available currencies are shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping, customs duties and import charges are handled as described at checkout and in the Shipping Policy. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers subject to their terms and privacy notices.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Limited Warranty apply to eligible direct purchases and are incorporated into these Terms. Where the policies conflict with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory law prevails.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Risk and title transfer according to applicable law and the selected delivery arrangement.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the site or services to:

break any applicable law or infringe another person's rights;
submit false order, account, payment or identity information;
introduce malicious code, scrape the site at unreasonable scale or bypass security controls;
interfere with the operation of the site, payment process or another user's access;
resell, copy or commercially exploit site content without permission; or
use Gfive products for unlawful or unsafe purposes contrary to their instructions.

7. Reviews and other submissions

If you submit a review, image, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person's privacy or intellectual property.

You grant Gfive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that content for operating, improving and promoting Gfive, subject to applicable privacy law. We may moderate or remove unlawful, deceptive, abusive or irrelevant content.

8. Intellectual property

The Gfive name, logos, product presentation, photographs, text, graphics, layout and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Gfive and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access the site for personal, non-commercial shopping and information. No other right or licence is granted without prior written permission.

9. Third-party links and services

The site may link to payment processors, carriers, social platforms and other third-party services. Gfive does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content or independent practices. Review their terms before using them.

10. Service availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the site secure and available but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or universally compatible operation. We may maintain, update, suspend or modify site features when reasonably necessary.

Products are provided with the express warranties stated in the Limited Warranty and any non-excludable statutory guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, other implied warranties are excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

To the extent permitted by law, Gfive is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits or loss caused by events outside reasonable control. For a claim relating to a purchased product, total contractual liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Responsibility for violations

Where permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses and third-party claims caused by your unlawful misuse of the services, intentional violation of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights. This section does not apply to ordinary consumer use or reduce non-waivable consumer protections.

13. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct or a material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should continue after termination remain effective, including intellectual property, payment obligations and liability provisions.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Gfive operating entity, subject to mandatory consumer protections. If you are a consumer, you retain any right to bring a claim in the courts or forums available under the law of your habitual residence.

15. Changes, severability and entire agreement

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, business practices or law. The current version and effective date will be posted here. Material changes will be communicated where legally required.

If part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement for use of the site and direct purchases, without limiting product-specific terms shown before checkout.
